Memorandum of Understanding and Petition for Redress

The sovereign rights of the individual are immutable

The Preamble

We, the People, having formed a representative government by consent; direct or implied, hereby serve notice of understanding of our constitutional and unalienable rights and freedoms. As our representatives in government, you have sworn an oath of office to protect and defend these rights against all who wish to usurp them. The state of our union and contract has degenerated into an unacceptable position and has been deemed wanting in substance and in clarity. You, our representatives have been derelict in your oath and duty to uphold our constitutional rights and through ignorance or inaction have done immeasurable harm to the nation as described herein.
